When you submit a site visit request, fill our planning tool, or email us, we collect:

• Name, company, phone, email
• Office location and size if you provide it
• Staffing needs and scheduling preferences you select
• Any message you choose to send us

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule a site visit, prepare a proposal, and follow up on commercial conversations. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your information to third parties for their own marketing.

Active commercial conversations are retained as long as the engagement is live, and for six years after a contract ends (standard record-retention period under Indian commercial law). Inactive leads — requests where no follow-up happens within 90 days — are retained for one year and then deleted.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to:

• Ask what we hold about you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Ask us to delete your information
• Withdraw consent to future contact
