Co-Founder & CEO
Manjunath is the co-founder of PROWESS. He leads strategic direction, client advisory, and long-term operational vision for the company. Fifteen years of on-ground facility management experience in Bengaluru shape every decision PROWESS makes. He stays close to the big picture so Sumalatha and the supervisor team can stay close to the ground.
Co-Founder, Operations & Business Overview
Sumalatha runs PROWESS operations on the ground. Site visits, supervisor coordination, client handling, and exception management — whether that means a 6 AM walkthrough, a late-night escalation call, or weekend shift coverage. Every PROWESS site runs under her direct oversight. She is the first person clients call when something needs resolving, and the last person to leave a site when it does.
Co-Founder, Finance & Business Development
Salma runs finance and backend operations at PROWESS. Invoices, vendor payments, staff payroll and statutory filings (GST, PF, ESI), and fund allocation across sites — all coordinated through her. She works alongside Praveen and the admin team on uniforms, onboarding paperwork, and the unseen back-office work that keeps sites running without friction. She is the reason vendors get paid on time and the reason every statutory return closes cleanly.
Administration & CRM
Praveen handles admin coordination between PROWESS and client-side admin teams. Meeting scheduling, supervisor shift changes, vendor escalations, and the 6 AM phone calls when something needs fixing before the floor opens. If you call PROWESS during business hours, there's a good chance you're talking to Praveen first.
